Fermentation in concrete vats. Refinement in stainless steel tanks until February.
Pale straw yellow in color. On the nose, it presents a characteristic bouquet of almond blossom and mimosa with herbaceous notes. A fresh, dry flavor of good body with hints of green apple and a bitter almond aftertaste.
Tuscan appetizers, grilled fish, white meats, fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
