A small area of our estate gives its name to one of our most important wines. This blend of French grape varieties comes from one of our youngest vineyards located on a high hill with clayey soil rich in fossils. It is characterized by a smooth yet decisive taste.

50% CABERNET FRANC, 50% SYRAH
Maceration and fermentation on the skins for two weeks. Cabernet Franc and Syrah vinified together in the same tank. Aging for 12 months in barrique
Bright ruby purple in color, very intense on the nose with fruity notes reminiscent of blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry. Its olfactory complexity ranges from fruity to herbaceous to sweet spices. On the palate, it is smooth and seductive, supported by good acidity and broad, silky tannins. Excellent structure. Very pleasant aftertaste of mint and chocolate.
