Extra Vergin Olive Oil

Our extra virgin olive oil comes from the 1500 olive trees on our hillsides. Superior quality EVO obtained from cold pressing of four native Tuscan varieties: Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, hand-harvested with our usual passion. On the palate, it is savory, slightly spicy in the finish with pleasant vegetal notes.
